“The room was very comfortable; the AC worked perfectly; the lady who checked us in was very nice; the location is great if you need to go or come from the train station. But the best part of this place is the terrace and it’s views and the aperitivo that you must take if you stay here. It was delicious, well served with plenty of food options that we couldn’t even finish all the different tasting dishes. Our server was a very kind young woman that made our experience even better. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5, it’s because we were charged 3 euros to store our luggage for 1.5 hrs after we checked out; and also, the bathroom glass door was not giving us much privacy. Other than that, we were very happy that we stayed here.”

“I recently stayed 8 nights here (May 2022). I loved it. The staff was great. Sweet room w the amenities I wanted and more: en suite toilet and shower, refrigerator, tea kettle, coffee maker, optional breakfast (which was delish), wifi, and located downtown. Restaurants downstairs, short walk to cafes, markets, parks, views and Brignole train station (I went to Florence for the day). The building is secure and the neighborhood is safe enough that I was comfortable out alone till 10pm. I recommend this place and would certainly stay there again.”
